Solid State Time Delay Relay
Designed to eliminate false tripping of leak detection systems by
not permitting product flow until line is fully pressurized.
ESCO has designed the Adjustable Time Delay Relay to help control the problem of falsely tripped leak detectors.
The relay is equipped with switches so the service man can adapt the unit to a variety of situations and applications.
The relay can be adjusted from 1 to 10 seconds, and operates in both mechanical and electronic dispensers.
The ESCO TDR-1000 has a 4 position "DIP" type switch for setting the delay time.
These switches are numbered 1 thru 4 and represent delay times of 1 second thru 4 seconds respectively,
(switch 1 is for 1 second, 2 is for 2 seconds, etc.). Any combination of the switches can be used to set the desired length of delay.
The switches are activated by setting them to the open position, setting switch 3 to the open position and having all others closed will
give a delay time of 3 seconds.
Overall module dimensions: 2.0"W x 2.0"H x .75"D
Operating voltage: 120VAC, 1 Ampere steady state, 10 Ampere inrush for 16 milliseconds, off state leakage current 5 milliamperes typical.
