we are pleased to offer in-house repair services on the 715-1007 M10661K001R EPP Keypad 2.0 SPOT (Blue Label).
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange service at this time and require all cores to be sent in advance of repair.
Keyboards that test as "tampered" have high repair failure rates. For this reason, we recommend customers send several cores at a time. This increases the potential number of repairable items and reduces overall freight costs.
We test each core for free and notify you of repairability before finalizing your order.
We also offer free recycling of any unrepairable cores. We will return all unrepaired items upon request.
